I spoke with Isabel DeLeoni (spelling) and she was so very kind and professional on the phone in asking me questions. I would not want to call someone on the phone and ask an angry person further clarifying questions who already sent the company information on the matter. She had a knack/gift of getting the info she needed and at the same time making me feel safe. She is a great lady. I hope you have the privilege of her asking YOU questions.

You would not believe that a law firm so competent would be in my hometown. I thought law firms that were so knowledgeable and so good with their clients were only to be found in New York City. I feel I am well cared for and well advised. I would not consider using any other firm.

Tom handled both the purchase and, three years later, sale of our home in Poughkeepsie. In both transactions he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. His advice throughout was invaluable and made a very stressful process much less so. I recommend him enthusiastically.

I was improperly informed of what they could do. Promises were made that aren’t lived up to. One of the partners said something was done that I suspect was a lie that I’m waiting to hear back on. Asking for attorney to call me back was always met with a 2 week and multiple phone calls back to get my attorney on the line. Only to have the attorney say all great news going good then have my case dropped. Beware of false promises from the attorneys to have you sign in the dotted line. Make sure you ask all your questions and make sure you are clear that the promises are a marketing ploy. Update: On the day of my last review I asked for my case file. I was told no problem we will get it out to you immediately. As of today I am still waiting. It is 8/8/23.
