Bankruptcy can be a difficult and overwhelming topic of discussion and Dena made that conversation quite easy. At our very first meeting, it was apparent to me that she was knowledgeable in this area and could recommend an appropriate course of action for my financial situation. After talking it over, I decided to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy and Dena made the process almost painless. The documents that are required for filing are tedious as well as extensive and there is no way I would have had the strength to navigate the process independently. She asked questions to get a complete picture of my financial situation, walked me through the necessary documents and made suggestions/recommendations on how to spend money in the period immediately preceding filing. She also prepared me with worse case scenario situations should my petition not be accepted. Dena was flexible with meetings as I'm a full time working, single mom and had only very specific days/times that we could meet. At the end of the day, my chapter 7 petition was accepted after a very brief bankruptcy hearing. My paper work was in order and following a few simple questions, I was granted the fresh start I so desperately needed. Working with Dena was such a pleasure and I'm so appreciative of her hard work and expertise. Without the ability to start again, I'm not sure where my family would be today.

My lawyer Dena Ghobashy was very professional at all times, excellent on keeping appointments together and phone calls to each other, excellent communication, showed up on time to our Bankruptcy Court Date and advised me when our first court date that was closed for snow storm, she had all papers put together neatly and advised me of each step she kept me calm when I was frightened and gave me the confidence to start this procedure.
