Heather handled a civil matter and closing on a house for me and she was absolutely great from start to finish. She kept me well informed on each step of the cases, and was always accessible by phone or email, and got back to me right away. I highly recommend using her for any and all matters pertaining to the law.

Heather has been my attorney for years. Her and her office staff have always been excellent at helping me with legal matters. She has helped me get custody of my child in family Court. She did the closing on my house and every other legal matter I have needed. Highly recommend.

I wrote a review of this lawyer that was that had 5 likes. Here is more It was a nightmare experience. When I finally got good advice my divorce proceeded and I did well. It took my opp 8 weeks to bother to answer. That's a default but nothing was done. Two identical complaints were entered and I was charged for both despite the fact they were identical. Divorce is a tough ordeal. This practioner made it a crucible. Go anywhere else.And read her response to my review. I wish I had hired anybody else. Anybody else.

I first used this Firm, working with Allan Rappleyea specifically, nearly 9 years ago to purchase my first home. Allan was great to work with, explaining all of the steps and things to look for as I made my way through the complicated closing process. I just refinanced my house, worked with Allan again, and had the very same experience 9 years later. I highly recommend Allan and his team.

I’m so happy we used Heather’s office. We had several cases including a complicated divorce and family court as well. Her knowledge of both was superlative, her fees were reasonable and she couldn’t have been nicer throughout both cases. I wouldn’t use anyone else!!

She was awful and I had to do my own research and give it to her to present. She also wanted me to settle which was not in my best interest. She didn’t do the work and cared more about getting home to her dog than fighting my case. Waste of money could have done it without her. Never would recommend her to anyone!
