I was referred to Deborah and had a great experience. Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround.

Can't Believe what she said in a mediation session between my Wife and her ex husband concerning alimony payments. She basically threatened said to her that why would you want this mediation to go a court when my Wife's accountant had a legal issue that was public knowledge when you googled him. That"s what a lawyer might say if he was representing the Ex Husband! But she was the mediator! Totally unprofessional.

Deborah is outstanding. She is incredibly competent, responsive and effectively mediates the right outcomes. I am impressed by her ability to frame issues in a way that gets to the core issues and move to solutions. In addition, she has the emotional intelligence to know when to best address tough issues and resolve. I have recommended her to many others who have also had an outstanding experience. I never questioned the cost because I knew the value of her work. Highly recommend with no reservations.

I have work with Deborah Wayne on several different types of family law matters over the years. Including negotiation of divorce, the prenuptial and separation agreements. No matter what type of mattes Deborah has been a strong advocate for her clients. I had started my divorce proceedings with an attorney who ended up not being responsive, lacked much needed communication skills, and was simply unavailable. She was actually very transparent about her retainer, rates and time management. She is warm, kind and empathetic. Her expertise showed when we started working together and maneuvered and negotiated the complexities and pitfalls of a divorce mediation. She is a great listener, too. Her outstanding communication skills and attention to details impressed me again and again. She was always available to address all my concerns and answer my questions. She asked questions, too. She didn't just take for granted that I understood the various aspects and issues and consequences of my decisions, she made sure of it. Yes, collaboration on both sides is need in this type of divorce. But she is no push-over type of attorney. I felt informed and empowered. She was by my side when I felt overwhelmed. She was attentive and reassuring every step of the way. Deborah went above and beyond helping me even after my case was closed when documents were delayed by another company and I got stuck tying up some loose ends. That was generous of her. All I can say is that I couldn't have been in better hands with Deborah. I have already recommended her to other friends and will continue to do so going forward.
