Potential unprofessional conduct during mediation
“She basically threatened said to her that why would you want this mediation to go a court when my Wife's accountant had a legal issue that was public knowledge when you googled him. That's what a lawyer might say if he was representing the Ex Husband! But she was the mediator! Totally unprofessional.”
