Filed for chapter 7, my lawyer seni was great he explained the difference between chapter 7 and chapter 11 I got to keep my personal car as long as I continued to make payments. He also provided me with documentation that he would guarantee 100 % it would go through as hard as my case was, my case was definitely an unusual one, but I'm so happy everything turned out in my favor.

I obtained Seni Popat’s services in the month of March for chapter 7 bankruptcy, due to MTA tolls that added up to an outrageous amount of money in which i could not afford to pay being a single parent. Seni Popat made the experience stress free in the sense that as soon as I hired him with in 48 hours he had all my paperwork ready to be signed by me to turn in to the courts .
