I would definitely recommend Seni when considering bankruptcy. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process and explained exactly what was going to happen and what I should expect. He was very patient with me and easy to talk to. He was always available for any questions or concerns I had. After my very first meeting I already felt better about my situation. Now that everything’s done I feel such a weight off my shoulders and can’t thank Seni enough for my fresh start.

I trusted this lawyer with my personal information he decided to terminate my personal information documents with my social and personal income we kept in touch, I mentioned and set the expectation with him, that will be a while before I can complete payment ( he was charging 399% more than usual, the rate had a sudden increase ) to him. However, when I was present in his office the minute I told him I will no longer have him represent me, he mentioned that my file has been discard, a lawyer should take steps to the extent reasonably practicable to protect a client's interests how can you discard my information W2, transcripts, paystubs, other personal information from myself and my wife my children social and personal information were on these documents. Not giving reasonable notice to the client, including giving due notice to his client, allowing time. Seni did not use a flexible guideline for me as a client, he takes the arbitrary decision to destroy our file and not retain original paperwork. Seni did not use reasonable means to notify me or my wife as he should do so with his clients.

Had a quick legal question and reached out to Seni. After working with him I wish I could have given 6 stars. He walked me through what I should do and told me that I could do this myself and that a lawyer wasn’t needed. A previous lawyer I contacted wanted to charge me for his advertised “free” consulting session. Seni could have easily done that was more than willing to help me. I would 100% recommend him and go back to him if I have any further legal issues.
