Horrible! I would never hire him again. Very bad experience with real state. He seems that he care less for his clients.

Michael Malone is an experienced and professional attorney whose services I would recommend to anyone. Mr. Malone guided me through my legal process with expertise and care, keeping constant correspondence personally about the progress of my case until it's resolution.

After contacting Mr. Malone for a traffic case we met at his office and he took on my case. He was always punctual with court appearances and met with me beforehand to discuss my end goals for the case & what the next steps were.

Recently I was looking for a lawyer to help settle a business dispute and resolve an unpaid balance from an ex-employer. I felt that Michael was very welcoming and eager to hear what I had to say. Throughout my case, he was persistent and I felt that he was truly working hard to get me the money that I had rightfully earned. When my ex-employer's assistant rejected the fact that I had even worked for them in the first place, and demanded evidence, Michael was reassuring. He showed that he was committed to righting their wrongdoings and winning my case. In the end, he was able to get my outstanding balance back to me in full. I am grateful that I was able to find him through the referral of a friend, and would certainly refer him myself to anyone looking for a professional attorney out on the East End. I look forward to hiring him again should I ever encounter another legal dispute while in the Hamptons.

When my son was arrested for DWI in the Hamptons, we were very relieved to find Michael available to answer the phone at 3:00 AM . He immediately contacted the police and he was there with us in court for the arraignment later that morning. He promptly answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the case.
