I hired this lawyer office to help me with my work compensation case but unfortunately they not good at all they changed your lawyer every hearing date and they hire new lawyers they just graduated and they don’t have no experience unfortunately and they don’t prepare for your case before your hearing dates and any time I try to call the office I ask to speak with a lawyer they told me there’s no lawyer assigned to your case yet and the paralegal nick they have he is unprofessional he don’t know how to talk to people he has bad attitude

Since 2019 I have not heard anything about my case and I have not contacted them but when I came to the office in 2024 they said that the insurance has appealed but I gave number the case to a friend to tell me what happened with this case and why this case took so long from 2019 until now and I do not want to talk much on the subject Now 10 months from appeal and nothing new

The firm represented me in the sale of my apartment. Diana, the paralegal, was wonderful to work with. My closing went very smoothly even I had to reschedule it for the earlier date then initially planned. I would highly recommend this firm.

Never ever. I repeat, do not hire this law firm.Ugalde & Rzonka. Their other law firm name is !! HURT at WORK. Run !! When you see those names. I was misconstrued by the hype of their paid, 5 Stars reviews. They work against their clients. I am so frustrated. Flabbergasted. Case is since 2017. They do not answer calls, or return calls. Or give you a clue to the status of your case . It may take 2 years to reply your call. Very manipulative. I have so much on my mind to say.. But too upset to assert my narratives. I need a calm mind. They are not supposed to be advocates. They only advocate for their own interest.

The staff there are rude and hang up on you very unprofessional. This firm is not the type of firm you need to handle your worker compensation needs. The team up with the wicked insurance companies and as your attorney they care nothing about you as their client or protecting their clients best interest. In order for you to get answers about your case you have to call, email and just simply show up before they respond or call back. Please don't believe the five stars, I'm sharing my experience of how they handled my case allowing the insurance company to do whatever they wanted without settling it in good faith. This firm doesn't care about their clients at all, and will not fight for what is right! Save yourself the aggravation and go look for an attorney that will provide the professionalism and dedication you need. Finding a good attorney on with integrity will help in your healing process for your injuries. Ugalde and Rzonca deserves a no star rating. This company should not be able to service the public to offer legal advisment in employment law if they continue with their unethical behavior. My advocate today is the MESSIAH, THE MOST HIGH YAHAWAH. HE FOUGHT MY BATTLES AGAINST THE ENEMIES AND WON THE WAR FOR ME!!! PRAISE YAH🙌🏾

Horrible, the gay guy has an attitude in the front. The paralegal I dealt with was horrible as well. They don’t seem to know what they are doing. My injury attorney said one thing and these clowns said another. The injury attorney is who recommended them. I couldn’t deal with the paralegal either.
