This man literally charged us $10,000 for a letter to Albany to confirm executers. There was no mortgage and no debt. He didn’t even read the will. He didn’t read or explain the will, nor help us navigate in any way through this time. We literally were on our own. We didn’t know to sell items and open an estate account. We were devastated and lost. He was no help at all and had the nerve to charge us $10,000
