As a landlord, there will always be landlord tenant issues and sometimes they end up having to go to court. I chose Amy Ingram because of her professionalism she dealt with my case in a timely fashion, kept us in the loop 100% of the time and the outcome was the best I could’ve hoped for, and I have no reservations in calling her again in any of my legal needs.

Had a horrific experience with Ingram Law during my divorce where Amy didn't even depose my spouse, leaving me blindsided in court. Horrible outcome financially as a result. She talks big - lots of boasting but was not able to move the opposing attorney even an inch.

I do not usually give reviews except t o praise people, but this negative one is necessary. I found Ms. Ingram to be very disorganized and a poor communicator who forgets to do what she says she will do and then makes mistakes. When I called her out on several oversights, she then back peddled with every conceivable excuse and spin. Sloppy, inefficient and, frankly, lazy. She insisted on communicating by email and then didn't answer emails. We were the only people to show up in court because she never read the email from the judge who rescheduled the date. It would take days and a resend to get an answer to anything. Getting her on the phone was near impossible. The COVID quarantine necessitated virtual visits when I sought her help and she would not use the camera so I never actually saw her for months. I would talk to a black screen. I cannot recommend her services. I did not feel like she really gave a care about my action. A real rookie. I regret hiring her.

Sloppy, terrible communicator, made mistakes and avoids ANY direct communication. Fails to respond and is truly indifferent to your concerns. Took my money, easily asked for more, but results of laziness caused a simple case to drag on. At one point I even asked if she was interested in the case and if I should find a different attorney. Uggggh
