Lack of Communication and Responsiveness
“I found Ms. Ingram to be very disorganized and a poor communicator who forgets to do what she says she will do and then makes mistakes. When I called her out on several oversights, she then back peddled with every conceivable excuse and spin.”

“It would take days and a resend to get an answer to anything. Getting her on the phone was near impossible. The COVID quarantine necessitated virtual visits when I sought her help and she would not use the camera so I never actually saw her for months.”
