Great attorney.

Everyone was very professional and explained things clearly.

We called around to 5 other law firms to help us with our family trust concerns. We had multiple legal and financial issues that made our case very complex (elders, disabled family members, blended families, children, multiple family businesses, real estate, the works...) By their own admission, no other law firm was capable of dealing with all of the complexities of our case -- except for Michael Ettinger. He and his team at Ettinger Law have been amazing. His expertise has meant so much to our family. Now instead of holding my breath every day that everything will be ok, I can breathe a sigh of relief!

I have witnessed Michael Ettinger in action on several occasions. I saw him give a seminar in Woodstock at a restaurant where he screamed at the waitress for serving people while he was talking. Maybe he forgot that he showed up late and that they were doing there job. He treated the entire wait staff with such personal loathing that he should be shunned publicly. He spent nearly the entire seminar telling you how great he is. I then saw him at a restaurant in Rhinebeck where he was even nastier to the wait staff there. I think the other couple who was with him was very embarrassed. I personally have dealt with thousands of customers and have never seen someone treat others with the disrespect that Michael Ettinger shows others. Even if he is nice to you in his office, his complete lack of repect for others who provide services to him should tell you that he is not a quality human being.
