I regret giving this firm a second chance after my pre-COVID experience. The current environment is unprofessional, with staff dressed as though they're headed to a basketball game rather than representing a law firm. The office reeks of marijuana, and there are empty beer bottles on display, which only adds to the unprofessional atmosphere. The previous staff and management were diligent, communicative, and focused on client needs, but sadly, that level of service is long gone. The current team seems inexperienced and uninterested in providing the quality of service this firm once upheld. Extremely disappointed.
