I was able to file for my wife and got through without any delay or the USCIS requesting more documents or an Interview!. My boyfriend has always paid a lawyer to renew his DACA Work Permit on top of the application fee in Jackson Heights. When I mentioned this to my mom she recommended Jagan Law Firm. They will renew DACA Work Permit for free! Ms. Jagan is very kind, smart, and honest. The first time, she sits with you and asks for all the documents and IDs you have, from there she'll ask & answer any questions, and make a record for you. After that, she only asks for the money order to be made for the renewal (application fee), you sign the application, and her associates take care of the rest. She doesn't speak Spanish but she wishes she did so she could further help others. Jagan Law Firm was and is always worth the trip. Very easy, straight forward help in a timely manner.
