Five stars is a very unfair rating for such a thorough professional. Richard walked me through the entire process, understanding my emotions and taking the time to clearly explain how things were progressing. He amply demonstrates his knowledge and experience. Richard dedicates all his attention to you to the point of making you feel like an exclusive client. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had chosen another attorney. Those of us who take the time to dedicate these words is because we do it from the heart and so many good comments cannot be a coincidence. Richard has been a fabulous attorney and friend. Well I called & recieved Misinformation from Frontier Airlines.at McArthur Airport Terminal. I told the Frontier counter agent I had a Florida conseal weapons permit, Frontier responded as long as the weapon is unloaded & locked in a dewalt case, ill be fine claiming my weapon at the counter. WRONG! I got arrested, searching on google for an Attorney, I discovered Richard Pellegrino, I contacted him, hes friendly, easy to talk to, down to earth. he suggested that I meet with him, He even gave me a quote, I explained that I required a case dismissal bc I work for Boeing Aerospace & the U.S. government, and the organization will terminate me with a criminal record and I cant return to work for 4 years. I also explained the gun was my Dads 1911 A1 from the Korean Army. My Dad not only served his country, but also served NY as a Firefighter. Upon hearing that Mr. Pellegrino reduced his fee, Amazing, and was always there when i called. He was a sucess, got my Charges expunged and I recieved my pistol back. thank you Mr. Pellegrino
