Helped me win custody of my kids from their mother in an abusive relationship with her new husband. Can't recommend enough

Nicholas Gabriel is my hero! After a lengthy and very uncooperative adversary Mr. Gabriel successfully negotiated a finalization of my dispute. I am so pleased not only with the outcome but his patience and tenacity during the process. I would not only recommend, but also continue to have him on my legal team!

I have used Nick for several transactions over the years. He is excellent and very thorough. He always has your best interest at heart when you see his client. He’s not shy to point out things that can be done better or improved upon, which can come off aggressive. But he’s aggressively always trying to make your life better. I will hire him time and time again because I appreciate the way he does business, always educating me along the way.

I wish I could give zero stars. The literal rudest man I have ever spoken to. He interrupts, is incredibly unprofessional, and has no desire to truly help you or solve a situation. If you want to waste your time, money, and emotional energy.. run, don’t walk, to see this hack job of a lawyer.

Called him on a Sunday and he was pleasant and helped us with our situation. Took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Will be working with us, seeing us thru, on our legal matter. Thank you!

I hired Mr. Bubka to open the case against my former landlord, he promised me to start the case promptly, yet he never openned the case even if he got retainer, he kept laying to me for almost three years that he would eventually file a case in Supreme Court, I thought that I could trust this attorney but I was wrong, he never intended to take my landlord to court, he only took money for his advantage, till now I do not know what happened to the money from that retainer I requested copies of invoices, but I never got proof on what the money was spent, I am very disappointed with this attorney.

Mr. Gabriele has been my lawyer when I first became a widow. Helping guide me with my tasks and plan my future wishes. He supported me with the loss of my mother and helped my son with a family will matter. I recently had him as my real estate attorney with the sale of my childhood home. Emotional as it was for me; was not only my lawyer, but he was family. He delivered on all matters of my closing. I don’t think I will ever find a lawyer, in the new state that I live in, that is so caring and sympathetic as he was. I will always touch base with him as family does. Nick is tenacious,detail oriented and competitively priced. He is honest, trustworthy and ethical. Bonus, a great sense of humor. He gets the job done.
