Lack of follow-through and transparency
“he never openned the case even if he got retainer, he kept laying to me for almost three years that he would eventually file a case in Supreme Court, I thought that I could trust this attorney but I was wrong, he never intended to take my landlord to court, he only took money for his advantage, till now I do not know what happened to the money from that retainer I requested copies of invoices, but I never got proof on what the money was spent.”

Poor communication and organization
“They're a mess. No one knows what the other is doing. Good luck speaking to your actual attorney! You're lucky if you get a return call from one of their Aides. Everyone is rude. They act like they're paying you and not the other way around.”
