I first consulted with David in year 2017 when I was going through a very difficult time in my life, I felt very comfortable with him and the firm he represents (Underberg and Kessler) and immediately hired them to represent me. (was recommended to them through a local attorney) Without going into specifics... David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the entire process which ended up being a 2 year ordeal for me. I can honestly say there was never a time that I lost confidence in my representation and in the end the results were more positive than I could ever imagine and I know that this was 100% an outcome of David's hard work and determination.
