I was faced with a matter that required Legal Consultation! Attorney John Wells of Lacy Katzen LLP was willing to set aside a chunk of his time on the same day I called and extended his extensive knowledge during a phone consultation. The result of that consultation gave me the knowledge I needed in order to resolve this matter. Finding an Attorney and just a very good person like Attorney John Wells is very hard to find these days and one I value very much. Thank you Sir and you have no idea how relieved I am to have this matter resolved and behind me.

John Wells truly impressed us by quickly returning a phone call late on a Friday afternoon. His demeanor was calming and caring. John was informative, explained matters clearly, and steps we needed to take. At one point he said it was his job to worry about that particular item. He was knowledgeable in asking us questions and also fielded our questions answering them respectfully. After talking to John, we would recommend him.

I met with John Wells over a corporation ignoring my requests to refund my large payment for services. A refund was finally reached and John and I had a very good final consultation. John is a dynamic professional and will go far as an attorney!

My experience in working with John has been outstanding in how he deals with his clients. John is very well spoken and honest in a way that really makes you comfortable in knowing that he has your best interests in mind. He is extremely easy to talk with, listens intently, and is extremely detailed/thorough about informing you on exactly what is going on (updates you on a very regular basis, and never leaving any doubt, as to where and when the situation is at). I was in contact with John after consulting with over 20 Lawyers/firms on a case that had been worked on by another law firm, but, then just suddenly dropped and rudely notified through a form letter in the mail that I needed to find a different law firm. The over 20 lawyers that I consulted with "all" stated that they would not take my case because it was too late (too close for filing deadline) and that "no one" would take this. In speaking with John, he stated the opposite (it was not too late and here is what we need to do to get this going). So, this not only shows his honesty/integrity, but, that he has the best interests for his clients (walk the talk). As I stated before, John really listens intently and is up front and honest in his analysis/assessment. John also prepared and demonstrated that he knew my case inside and out, upside down, right side up (you get the point). Please, do not take this testimonial lightly, and I state this with all sincerity, John is that rare individual that will go above and beyond in helping his clients (he is not just one of the best people that I have had the pleasure of working with, he is at the very top). With that stated, I only have the highest recommendation and then some, for John.

The first lawyer that I called to represent me in my medical malpractice suit didn't appear to be interested in me. I then was referred by a friend to Lacy Katzen Law firm. I called them, and Peter Rodgers was very sympathetic and eager to listen to me, about what had happened to me with my gall bladder removal. He was wonderful, professional and very honest. We won the law suit and I was happy with the settlement. I highly recommend Peter Rodgers and his law firm.

Jacqueline Thomas is the type of no-nonsense lawyer that cuts-to-the-chase. Se is sensible and highly experienced. Her natural knowledge of the law is evident as soon as you speak with her.
