Fast, efficient, and responsive!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Every single time I call there I get the run around. They have had my paper work since January, it is now May and they have not done a thing with it since. The girl that answers the phone is rude and short. She always answers with an attitude and acts as though she is being bothered when you call and asks questions. The attorneys NEVER return your call either. The absolute worst law firm I have ever had to deal with. If you are a landlord and looking for help with an eviction, don't waste your time here. Just look at some of the responses when people leave their honest opinions based on personal experience with these people. Absolutely PATHETIC!!!!

Absolutely the worst lawyers in town for tenant eviction cases. They had a wrong name on my file for which my case was thrown out, then they lost my file, then they failed to resubmit a file. I've lost tens of thousands of dollars from their negligence and lack of communication. Impossible to get anyone on the phone too. After this, I was told they were handling the case personally and they didn't do anything. 4 months later I check and there are no cases that have been filed.

I hired them during covid for evictions, I completely understand that their hands are tied for the most part. However there is no excuse for the complete lack of communication, tone deaf letters from a partner saying this is harder on him than any of the landlords not getting paid(I paid my bill to him immediately). Eventually the tenants left on their own with no help from this firm. Look elsewhere.

It was an excellent experience working with Burgess and Miraglia on the buying and selling of my home. MaryKay was always prompt and professional with any questions and sharing information. She also always kept me informed of the next steps in the process. Thank you for a great experience and I making a stressful time go by so smoothly.
