Pat reviewed an employment contract for me. He was very thorough, personable, and spent ample time with me. I was impressed that when I contacted the firm, he called me back and corresponded with me personally. (Unlike some firms where administrative assistants are the middle-men.) He was available for questions, and his expertise and experience were evident. He empowered me to discuss contractual concerns. It is clear that he has client/customer service as a priority.
