I hired James Cole after deciding that I was not comfortable with the previous attorney I had hired. Just by talking to James on the phone, I already felt so much relief and confident in him. After meeting with him I made the switch ASAP. He put in more work in two weeks than my previously attorney did in 3 months and got my exactly the outcome I was hoping for. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

He's punctual and he shows up. If you want representation, look elsewhere. When the hearing finally occurred, he encouraged me to take a plea of guilty to all the charges instead of going to trial to contest a trumped up charge. I was totally stressed and unfortunately followed his advice giving up my day in court. He was paid. I was not represented.

I have had the fortunate and unfortunate experience approximately six times in my 50 plus years of life working directly with attorneys for various reasons . In most cases I found them all to be so overwhelmed with cases they didn't respond in a timely manner or communicate well, if you aren't the one making them money at the time you will likely be pushed aside. This was NOT our experience with Jame Cole. Right from our first phone call he had a sense of urgency to our case, he was quick to respond, very thorough in his explanation and evaluation of the situation. He possesses a calm and well educated demeanor. He works well with the legal system and local Judges and is respected by his peers . Mr. Cole was our attorney on a DWI and was able to get the prosecutor to reduce the charge to a DWAI eventhough my son had a 0.17% BAC, hit another car, and left the scene of the car crash. He was thorough, understanding, and always made himself available to answer our questions. Worth every penny!
