Law office was excellent and would recommend them to family and friends.

He was very rude on the phone. And basically told me I was a waste of his time.

Felt I was treated like family.

Fair settlement but gouge you on reports and fees that aren't included in the percentage they get out of the settlement. Claim official doctor reports cost $4,000.

If I could I would give this guy a -5 star. Listen, I understand we are human and we have our off days but how he handled a honest mistaken call. Which still was seeking legal advice... just the wrong state. He was rude and he had an attitude that was uncalled for, I acknowledged that I was a bit frazzled but its due to my situation and all I get from him is him mocking me and stating to "stop wasting his time." Sir you took this career to help people, not to make them feel less than. We were just seeking advice on a honestly devastating event that has occured to our family. Sir you lack empathy and I suggest you look into a career change. **UPDATE** Responding to the "owners reply". My name is public here on google, if you aren't able to see it you should check your google settings. I think you are confusing me with possibly another situation, which now seeing this could explain as to why YOU were extremely rude to me. Still not a good enough excuse but I do feel sorry if that's something that occurs on the regular to you. Yes sir, you were extremely rude. I did not call on a weekend , it was actually a week day (about 11 am or a bit more later). I did givemy name, and why I was calling. I do want to state that NO EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN TO ME, nothing of the sorts that he claims to have said . He ended the call by yelling " stop wasting my time." When I state that it was an honest mistake. It really was... I think you sir should go back to study the US map and see how many states have cities or towns named Rochester... Again I think you have confused OUR conversation with another because other than being frazzled and emotionally upset I was nothing but nice, respectful and courteous, the one lacking telephone etiquette was more rather you. It's okay I don't expect an apology from someone as un-empathetic as you are. I'm just here to warn others of your rude ways and hopefully save them from going through a possibly rough time to a worst time. Hopefully you learn from your mistakes because as everyone can see my review isn't the only 1 star review on your google business pg.
