If I could give negative stars then I would. It took months for them to get back to me, just to tell me they couldn't help me. There was a contract dispute and the attorney didn't even read the contract. When I discussed it with her she was telling me one thing and I said, what about section 14? She said I was wrong, but then I read it to her and she said, hold on (so she could read it). Then she wanted to add two figures when it clearly said the difference of them. She asked me if I had anything else from the company and I told her yes I sent it in. She then reviewed it. Even though she acknowledged my facts were right, told me there was nothing she could do. I said, so it took you months to tell me that? She said she had to review the file. If she had previously reviewed the file and I still had to point things out to her then she needs better reading comprehension. She decided she wasn't going to help me before she read my file or talked to me - incredibly unprofessional.

They are practicing shrinkflation. They are a not for profit organization in their publishing but are handling less and less in their scope of services and referring you out to another specialist that will charge you a minimum of $45 ….if if they even know what they’re talking about.

Called in June explained my situation was told they were going to go over it and call me back, here it is Sept 9 I’ve called and left multiple messages and nobody still hasn’t reached back out to me

Has never returned any of my calls for 10 years

For the 10th time I called LEGAL AID seeking legal assistance as a senior citizen since 2014. Never do they service, whatever, my issue is. This time I was referred to JUST CAUSE, who talked over me, and abruptly hung up in my hear when I said I'd just been on hold 40 minutes to ask and receive the same answer from Legal Aid; "DO you provide assistance applying for Social Security Disability?". No. They help you appeal. If you apply correctly 1st time, it would reduce the need for appeal. Legal Aid and Just Cause are REDUNDANT in their services, wasting my tax dollar. The issues I have at 60, 70, 80 are different than at 20, 30, 40. Where is the courtesy, respect and assistance we seniors deserve. Rude, rude and rude!

Outgoing phone message states their hours of business but that they are closed. Message also does not say when they are open again. So I went to visit the establishment today and was told by security that they are closed un Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 9am.
