Unresponsive and poor communication
“I called and never got a response. Then I called again and finally got a call back 5 days later which I could not answer at the time. I did call back again and still have not had a response from that call. I had to hire someone else.”

Unprofessional and rude behavior
“Very negative experience on the closing of our home. A 3,036 mistake was made on the closing. Derrick had a very negative attitude. After receiving his money he didn't care what happened to us after the fact. He stated good luck and hung up the phone. I would never recommend him or his company.”
