Christian is a highly experienced and expert attorney with subject matter depth to the point of never having lost a case for gun or murder. Does not shy away from the toughest cases. Sometimes willing to travel within the greater Monroe County area to town courts. He is well-educated, super smart, disciplined in approach, and a talented negotiator before the bench and especially in chambers, all leading to repeatedly successful outcomes for clients. Although busy due to being in high demand for his particular skill set, I was fully served when my time came. However, I'd like to point out from my experience so as to be of help to others, that I had to recalibrate to understand that it is unreasonable for me to expect immediate replies to all my inquiries; such successful attorneys are busily working 70-80 hours weeks and weekends on the top priorities of their clients, and what may seem important to me at the time may not be the most important thing on my attorney's overall path to serving each of his clients needs properly and diligently. It helped me to differentiate between my legal needs and my seeking comforting assurances in non-critical questions or premature demands for answers. I could then look to my attorney for the former and do better for myself by looking elsewhere for the latter.

We have been extremely pleased with Derrick Spotarico. First, he represented us on the closing of our home. We always felt well informed and his paralegal, Melissa, was excellent, explained every step of the closing process. The second occasion that we had to work with Mr. Spotarico was in small claims court bringing a claim against a dishonest contractor and defending against their counterclaim. He had continuous communication with me explaining what was going to happen. He was also very good about helping me sort through what was important to my case and what was unnecessary. After we prevailed in court, he explained the next steps to me and how to move forward to collect our settlement. Frank is a lawyer I trust with my life, I went threw a very tuff and tricky case. I fired two previous lawyer because they couldn’t deliver the outcome I wanted and just wanted to settle for a deal.
