I can only speak on the attorneys who were representing "my case" -- I was t-boned by a female who ran through a red light. My outcome: I am handicapped FOR LIFE. The only thing I received, was approximately $16,000 and part of that went to pay for my vehicle that was damaged -- how I was stuck with even that bill continues to baffle me. I DID NOT receive what was "rightfully" owed to me. The amount I received, is an amount a person would receive with "no bodily injury". If the person who hit me didn't have enough insurance to cover the accident, I most definitely had enough insurance to cover it with a 100/300 policy. I am owed money for the lifetime injury I sustained. Revision [as requested]: The truth is the truth -- we can further discuss some of the unethical practices by the attorney who was handling my case, in your office -- I would not have settled if I wasn't "persuaded to believe" that the amount offered could be rescinded. Far too often, attorneys will mislead their client by offering a lowered-amount than what the insurance company has agreed to pay. A strong representing attorney doesn't gaslight the client; they guide them. I am only providing the truth of my experience; I had to endure some very painful doctor visits, and there were some misleading affirmations made by the attorney [who is no longer at your office], that "did not" happen.

John and his staff were amazing. They provided excellent communication and updates on my case. They were always so friendly and understanding. I can’t say enough about John and how he helped me through a very difficult time after an auto accident. Willam Mattar was very helpful to me and my Father. My father was involved in a motorcycle accident and did not speak any English with caused a barrier for him to find a lawyer.
