Wish I Can give 0 Stars,Scam Me Out Of My $500, Very unprofessional, Lawyer was very disrespectful and Sounded like a bully, They didn’t get anything done regarding my case, Poor Communication From There Clerk Samantha she acts like she doesn’t know what’s going on, Wouldn’t recommend anybody wasting there hard earned money on this firm.100% Worst Lawyer Firm I ever came in contact with, Ex Cop With a grudge wouldn’t put it past him to have people boost up his reviews watch out for this firm.

After being falsely arrested my family retained him as a lawyer to represent me, after sitting in jail for months with only one visit and he collected no information on the case or evidence on his own accord Mr.Riotta talked me into taking a plea deal even though we had video evidence that I wasn't involved in whatever was described in the police reports. I reluctantly agreed to said plea deal just to get out of county asap and when I showed up in court the whole deal was different and I was forced to take it then and there. As riotto was already paid he didn't even show up to court he sent a secretary with a cell phone to "discuss" this with me on stand ... in court... To say I was less than happy is an understatement... I chose choice words to let him know what I really thought about him and how he conducted all this while he wasn't even man enough to show up to a court case he was paid 6 grand for ... Fast forward a year and I tried to get all my evidence I gave him and all my police reports to which he refused so I had my new lawyer try to request them, which she never got either and me calling to his law firm again to get the run around and then he gets on the phone and starts threatening me and spouting childish things because he said we've already discussed this and im inaccurate thats its been a year and I have yet to receive my court paperwork . . I wouldnt pay this guy a dime better off with a public defender, no clue why his rating is so high!

I went to Mr. Riotto on numerous occasions for traffic violations since I liked to ride too fast on my motorcycle and not once was I disappointed with the outcome. Then the day came when I got myself wrapped up in a criminal case. This man saved my life. I didn’t have the money to pay him but he knew I had a house that I was closing on soon and took me on with no upfront payment at all. Since I went to him so many times with tickets and referred so many of my friends to him for the same he told me he knew I was good for it. It literally took almost 3 months for the sale to close on my house be he didn’t stop fighting for me and coming to visit me downtown to update me on how my case was going. I wouldn’t be here to write this review right now if it wasn’t for Jim as I like to call him and his great team. He’s professional, Real, and a down right amazing attorney. He’s not only my lawyer, he’s family. I could of been doing 15 years so excuse me if my review sounds cheesy but this guy gave me another chance at life! Trash. This guy has no idea what he's doing when it comes to criminal cases. Dont hire him. From the looks of other reviews all he's good at is handling simple traffic tickets.

Mr. Riotto is amazing. He is very thorough, very kind and has the greatest knowledge. He handled my traffic case and the process was really smooth with the best results. If you hire Mr. Riotto, rest assured you are in great hands.
