James and his team are incredibly responsive and professional. The team communicated with me on a regular basis, explained all parts of the process and worked hard on my behalf. James is ok if you need a simple ticket to take care of, but do not hire him for the more serious cases. Rude personalty and unprofessional behavior. Wish I knew that before.

The Best!!! I can’t say “Thank you” enough to Mr. Riotto and his team. Without going into detail, I received two traffic tickets. After researching and calling a few attorneys, I finally called Mr. Riotto and right away felt very comfortable talking with him. He explained the process, what the possible outcomes might be and what to expect. Through the whole process his associates kept me well informed and advised. In the final outcome Mr. Riotto had both tickets dismissed and although I was surprised, I was definitely relieved. I would highly recommend the law office of Mr. James Riotto.

Worked with Lindsey P. She was great, always prompt to respond to my emails. She stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Progressive insurance incorrectly reported that I did not have coverage during an accident that my vehicle was in, however I was no where near the car. The DMV suspended my license for a year, however with Lindsey's help the matter was resolved. There were multiple errors, both at the DMV Insurance department and with progressive, so Lindsey had her work cut out for her. 5 Stars, thank you for all your help!

By far the best lawyer I have ever had, was facing nine points and was accused of drinking while driving against trooper loekey. And some how Lindsey and James got all charges dropped and dismissed for me. I highly Reccommend both of them as representing you. They made my experice less stressful and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome they got me. No court fees no points all I paid for was for them to represent me and fight my case and it was worth every penny. Also they are very fair priced. If you need a lawyer Lindsey and James are who your looking for!

I am happy to write this outstanding review for Mr. James Riotto. My boyfriend and I had called his office and only gave him two days to assist us in the matter of two severe traffic violations. Mr. Riotto took the time to call us directly on a number of occasions. He exuded professionalism, eased, our concerns, answered all of questions, and kept us up to date on the court case. We were extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Mr. Riotto for any incident with the law. We can't thank Mr. Riotto enough!

I screwed up one day and testing my cars speed and racked up one crazy ticket that would have cost me my drivers license. (Plus a lot more). Thankfully they were there with good advice, very helpful representative, and a decent bill rate to get the ticket thrown out. I will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone who needs help with this sort of thing.

I was denied employment two days before my projected start date due to having too many violations on my driving record to be eligible. Desperate, I reached out to a hand full of traffic offices in the Rochester area only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Within 30 minutes of calling the law office of James Riotto, I was contacted by Lindsey Pieper. After explaining my situation to her, she immediately informed me of what could be done. Knowing my short time frame she quickly put the plan of action into place. In a matter of one week she helped resolve my case and clear up the restrictions on my driving record to make me eligible for employment again. I couldn't be more thankful for what Lindsey was able to do for me. I was blown away by her professionalism and knowledge of the traffic system.
