I highly recommend Mike and his team. They are very thorough and responsive. Mike helped make an unpleasant situation a little more tolerable and advised me of my options how to enforce my divorce judgement that my ex wasn’t adhering to. He is always working in the best interest of his clients!

Don’t waste your time on this arrogant lawyer. Plenty of lawyers out there who are better, don’t talk down to you and are responsive.

When I met Mike I had just been shocked to find that my marriage was over and everything I had ever worked for was in jeopardy. I felt completely lost and overwhelmed with fear of the unknown. Mike listened to my situation and his first priority was giving me the help I needed. When it came to money he worked within my means and was extremely affordable especially considering the level of representation that he provides. To be fair, the results he delivered outweighed anything he charged me by a long margin. Mike's a no BS attorney and a no BS business man. You can go elsewhere and pay 4 times as much but you're not going to get 4 times the representation... you're just paying for another law firms billboards and radio commercials! If you're reading this, you're probably in a tough spot and I remember that feeling. Do yourself a favor and set an appointment with Mike. For me it was literally the moment that I started the process of taking back control over my life and future. Extremely rude and arrogant. Contacted his office to discuss my child support claim and he spoke in a demeaning manor. I was cut off every time I spoke and He made me feel as if I was not worth his time. I’ve spoken with Lawyers who treat you better than that and I will be working with them instead.

I only had supervised visitation for 3 hours every other Sunday when I first hired Mr. Schmitt. Without an attorney I was not protecting my rights in court and was being taken advantage of. Although I was clean off of drugs for 5 years I still had a hard time getting my joint custody back. Mr. Schmitt was the only attorney I contacted that personally called me back and gave me advice without scheduling an appointment. He seemed very genuine and he offered pricing that was very affordable. I hired Mr. Schmitt with a deposit and a monthly payment. During the pandemic he worked with me when I lost my job and when I didn’t have the money for my payments he told not to worry about and pay when I can. He still showed up to every court date early and seemed to have a fantastic relationship with the judge. He is very knowledgeable, articulate and diligent. I deeply believe the satisfaction of helping someone get their child back means more to him than the money he receives. After passing a hair follicle test that was demanded by my ex and her attorney they still tried to deny my overnight visit request. Not only did Mr. Schmitt see to it that I got my overnight visit. I also got an extra overnight Fri-Sun and a weekly dinner visit not supervised. Also this will be the first Christmas Eve overnight to Christmas I’ll have with my daughter in 8 years. I cannot thank Mr. Schmitt for what he has done for me, my daughter, her sisters and my fiancé. Now that I am back to work I plan on paying him every dollar that is owed and will recommend him every chance I get. I wish I could give him 10 stars because 5 just does no justice for the service he provides.
