Michael will ignore you after receiving your payment up front. All calls and emails will be forwarded to his secretary who sometimes doesn’t always reply. You will have to check in every month to see if they have sent out any important documents to the courts. After wasting a few years and making sure Michael doesn’t run off with your money, you will be lucky if you get your divorce finalized. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. You can do better Michael.

BEWARE!! Michael will collect your deposit upon hiring him, but you may hear from him or his secretary once or twice within a 2 year time frame. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING to save any headaches.

My grandson got a speeding ticket 1 week before leaving the state for college Mr Riotto and his associates took great care of us. They kept us informed throughout the process and his fine was 1/4 of what we had anticipated. I would definitely recommend this law firm and hopefully we won't need them again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

I called for a consultation and Michael Schmitt was rude, condescending, and honestly just ignorant. He spoke down to me and I really feel like it was because I am a female. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to work with him. As an attorney he should have made me feel welcome, and safe. That was 100% not the case.

The Law Office of James L. Riotto, recently handled a speeding ticket for me. I was stopped for doing 74 MPH in a 45. I did not realize the limit had dropped that much. I was concerned about points on my license, and higher insurance costs resulting from this incident. On my first call, they were incredibly professional, and told me exactly what they needed, which I provided immediately. The court is three hours away from where I live. They made arrangements so that I would not have to show up in court. They handled the whole thing. The court date was last night. They contacted me today to say that they had the violation reduced to a zero point parking ticket, and I'd need to pay a fine. I am thrilled with the result!
