They are amazing!

I was very happy with my experience at Zea Proukou. I can't say enough good things about Randi Proukou. She was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, understanding, patient, and kind. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. I was out of my comfort zone, but she always found a way to reassure me. She is truly an amazing lawyer!

Dan Zea and Randi Proukou are exemplary professionals. Both Attorneys at Law are well skilled and experienced in Worker's Compensation cases and Disability benefits. When all the lawyers in the Southern Tier of Western NY Counties began dropping their clients by phone calls and\or form letters as the Comp Laws changed making it harder on claimants and physicians and lawyers to get anywhere in the system - my wife began calling Attorneys outside of our area. When she called and explained our case, Mr. Zea said, "Give us a chance to serve you and let me look over your case file before you make a final decision." Cathy and I both found that outlook refreshing and we called him back and gave him the go ahead. We weren't disappointed. Within a period of about one week Mr. Zea called us explaining he had found a large sum of money (to us) that had apparently been overlooked and therefore due to us. He continued to work on our case until we settled except for continued medical/medication expenses. And when something runs afoul with that process he and his staff are ready to move from "batter on deck" to "player at bat" when we call out for help. I know there are more expensive firms in Rochester NY. But I am honored to make a fully honest and unsolicited recommendation of Zea and Proukou, PLLC for any and all services they offer.
