Mr. Fiandch and his practice showed poise and a level of professionalism that truly set my mind at ease through this process, for the mere fact that I knew I had hired the correct individuals to represent me. Though this time was rough, I was very satisfied with the outcome and I truly appreciate the way they handled my situation with an intense level of urgency. I am forever thankful for the work this firm has done, are doing, and what they will do in the future.

I was involved in an accident where my Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was 0.24 %. Ed handled my litigation through trial, and ultimately I was found NOT GUILTY ! He is a miracle worker ! In the courtroom, Ed is charismatic, intelligent, and quick witted. His intricate knowledge of the law is exceptional and unmatched! Ed is kind, compassionate, and truly cares about his clients. During every appointment, he genuinely inquired about my well being. I would refer Ed to everyone involved in an alcohol-related incident and can not thank him enough !!!

If you’re looking for a top notch attorney to represent you for DWI, look no further! I speak from experience when I can confidently say that Fiandach & Fiandach is by far the very best you’ll find. A highly professional firm who really cares about their clients, rest assured that they will fight to get your charges dropped or win you a lesser charge. In early 2019 I made a big mistake & drove home after drinking ~6 IPAs at a concert. I was pulled over & arrested after failing the sobriety tests I was given by a Monroe County Sheriff. After being arrested I was brought back to the station where I blew a .15 into a DataMaster, almost twice the legal limit, just short of an aggravated DWI. After much research about who to call, I came across great reviews for Fiandach. I called the firm to ask some questions & got in touch with Sue, who was very caring & gave me all the information I needed to know. She organized a time for me to meet in person with Ed Fiandach for a consultation. After describing the details of my arrest & charges with Ed in person, I had a feeling of relief based off his professional responses & confidence in his ability to take my case to trial & get my charges reduced to a DWAI. This would be a huge win for me, I instantly knew I was in good hands. I was fortunate enough to retain Ed himself as my representation & it was like an enormous weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Upon my arraignment, I was concerned I would have to give up my license until I stood trial. Ed was prepared with paperwork to fight for me to get a hardship license, though he was confident we wouldn’t even need it. I couldn’t believe it when the judge allowed me to keep my license throughout the entire 8 month time frame leading up to my trial without the need for any hardship paperwork. I could tell the judge had a high level of respect for Ed Fiandach which in turn allowed me this privilege, again realizing I was in good hands. Ed & his firm put together a strong litany of detailed documents making the prosecutor work hard to produce many points of evidence to comply for discovery. Honestly, if I were a prosecutor, I really wouldn’t want to be up against a defendant who is shielded by Fiandach & his brilliant team. These documents really made the prosecutor work hard to produce their supporting documentation, & I sensed just by looking at his body language & mannerisms that the prosecutor was very annoyed at the amount of work he would have to do for my case! 8 months later, my trial was held. I was especially nervous when I noticed there was an entire Criminal Justice class from a local college sitting in watching & taking notes. I didn’t know what to expect, I thought for sure after blowing a .15 I would definitely be nailed with a DWI, marking my squeaky clean record with a nasty criminal stain. I worried about my future job prospects, my car insurance, needing an interlock installed, a smorgasbord of fines, and everything else that goes along with getting a DWI sentence. Ed felt right at home in the courtroom, his years of experience shows. He listened to every word the prosecutor said & spoke out several times to force him to move on to the next sentence, & give up on defaming my good character. Each time Ed gave the judge a detailed explanation for why the prosecutor should refrain from mischaracterizing the details. Ed did an outstanding job cross-examining the Sheriff in front of the judge, painting a picture for the court which showed me in a positive light. I was so happy when the judge came to his decision to lower my DWI to a DWAI! Ed Fiandach is truly a magician in the courtroom. He got the outcome I so dearly wanted & now my record remains clear of any criminal convictions! I’ve signed up for the NYS IDP program so I’ll never even have to experience not being able to drive, I get a conditional, it’s all I need. It was worth every cent. If you’re serious, I highly recommend this firm.

Edward Fiandach met with me for my 1st consult. I immediatley knew I was in the right place. He knew that day I was innocent and shared how he was able to get my charge dismissed. I hired him and his team based on his level of confidence and knowledge.

I came to this firm not knowing what to expect. I had a previous DWI and used another lawyer and was convicted. Not much to say there. When I met with Ed, he was upfront and honest with me. He said from what I told him (an accident and high BAC, I bumped into a cop car) that there might not be much for a strong defense, but he would do everything he could and at the bare minimum at least try to keep me out of jail. Well, long story short, after several court appearances, hearings and a trial, I was found not guilty!!!! I almost fell to the floor! I cannot thank Ed enough. I learned a couple valuable lessons; one - I won't drink and drive again; and two - if you ever need an attorney for a DWI, Ed is the guy to call! P.S. Tim, Fran and Dan, his associates, are fantastic too! I met with them all, each had appeared with me and all were outstanding!!!!

On Feb 10th of 2018 I slid into a pole and totaled my my truck. I called the police myself and then seen a officer riding by then flagged him down. Never would of thought my Bac level was .16, I was very alert and seemed to be normal. This officer arrested me and gave me about 3-4 tickets but did not complete any sobrierty test. I never was in this situation before so when asked I did take the breathalyzer test. ED recommends that shouldn't have been done and really didn't think it would be much he could do with my BAC level being so high. I work with youth and needed my licenses, during this process I not only lost my license but my job. I was stressed the entire summer because I have a Master's degree and couldn't find any good well paying job. ED reassured everything would be okay and wanted me to take the offer of having a ankle bracelet for about 3 months and the charge would be dropped to a traffic infraction. I denied this offer and was willing to risk everything taking this to trial with ED knowledge, I just knew he would figure it out. AS HE DID! We finally received the body cam video where ED seen more kinks in this case. The observation time was not accurate before having me take the breathalyzer. On top of no breathalyzer, ED heard me say the officer name as he walked up to my car because I read it off his badge. ED seen that I was very alert as I told him I was. He immediately told my father and I, we are def going to trial. ED said we have a good case right now. Trial lasted four court dates. One with the judge not being ready but the judge was ready to dismiss this case the first court day. ED told my father and I you guys wont see much fire in the courtroom but boy did he lie to us. Once ED started cross examining the officer he LIT THE COURTROOM up. I was very pleased with this first trial day, like I just felt the stress to begin to leave my body. I said all this to say Ed is the ONE, throughout many court dates from February to October it was much stress but that's because I felt like my livelihood and career was basically over. My masters degree is in Criminal Justice and I just was so down and out. But October 16th my life was right back on track. All charges was DISMISSED. I highly recommend ED as your DWI lawyer, no matter the price he does an awesome job. He is the #1 go to lawyer for this topic. Thanks again so much ED, my parents and I totally appreciate you.
