Lack of responsiveness to client inquiries and calls

“We are a client and often experience no response to emails and voicemails. Have to call and wait on hold for extended period to get anyone to respond to inquiries. Not recommended. Would not use again.”

Unprofessional and disappointing service

“Unfortunately I have to give them a bad rating and probably the worst one of all of my ratings. I have an assigned paralegal with them who I call 1-2x a week and leave vm to call me back in regards to my current case. They never are available to answer my call or call me back. It's starting to become beyond unprofessional and a disgrace that a company/firm would do that to another human being.”
