I gave this attorney my personal injury case, and because she was running for public office, she and her assistant ignored my case. I ended up going pro se, and settling the case myself, with the company's chief legal officer.

Jennifer answered all of my questions in a professional and timely manner. She went above and beyond to help my case. She is very personable and during this pandemic she even came to my home for me to sign papers! I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Unfortunately I have to give them a bad rating and probably the worst one of all of my ratings. I have an assigned paralegal with them who I call 1-2x a week and leave vm to call me back in regards to my current case. They never are available to answer my call or call me back. It's starting to become beyond unprofessional and a disgrace that a company/firm would do that to another human being.

I hired this lawyer, for a personal injury case. After she dropped the case, for a reasons, I settled the case pro se, and got 40k. I should have gotten much more, and will be filing a legal malpractice suit soon.
