I've witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of Jonathans approach on relationships between fathers and their children, as well as on parents who were seeking a peaceful resolution to co-parenting. Instead of promoting mediation and the well-being of these families, Jonathan intentionally perpetuated conflict. What struck me as particularly alarming was the apparent willingness to prolong legal battles solely for financial gain. It became evident that the longer a case dragged on, the more profit this lawyer reaped. This approach has prioritized monetary rewards over the emotional well-being of the innocent children involved. Even more distressing was the burden placed on single mothers, who are required to shell out thousands and thousands of dollars. This financial strain seemed to serve Jonathan's interests while jeopardizing the livelihoods and futures of these families. It's crucial for anyone considering this law firm's services to be acutely aware of the devastating impact they may have on innocent children. The lawyer's actions and priorities appear to be deeply troubling, and I hope that this review serves as a stark warning to those who might unwittingly become entangled in such practices. This is a review done a year after working with Ganguly Brothers. (sorry for the delay). I got the opportunity to work with this team, specifically Avik, when I caught a couple of criminal firearm charges and to say the lease Avik was damn near perfect. This was my first time needing a lawyer in a situation but it was well worth it. A family member for him while I was in custody and he was nothing but professional from the jump. I was almost immediately released. Once out everything was written out in the simplest terms, which helped me the utmost. One thing I did have to learn looking at the experience from hindsight is you have to be patient in some circumstances when it comes to the law, (lawyers, court, fees, information, etc.). I say that to say, yes i called, and yes they did not answer, but who cares, they get the job done. Nobody wants to waste time answer calls when they literally have someones life in their hands. When it was time for court appearances, he showed up and handled business. My last court appearance he did not show up, not sure why but it's insinuated, he did not show up but the charges were dismissed. Now a year later, case sealed, I am a legal gun owner, and I look at the law differently, You get what you pay for. All in all, Avik Ganguly is thee best hands down. Thank you again, can't express how much you actually helped.
