Avoid this firm. I went with them to handle my motor vehicle accident. After not hearing from them for months I called. Only to find out my lawyer retired and I was never notified or contacted. I went with Trevett Cristo and it was handled in a timely fashion. Zero stars if I could give one.

I want to start by saying the firm was appointed by the court. That said I really feel they did a rather poor job. While the attorneys were friendly and polite they did not really listen to me. They did not keep me up to date on the content of the filings and pretty much ignored my input. They only wanted to do things their way. I got the feeling my case was only used as a training exercise. Again, I understand they were not payed for the case, but they should not have taken it if they were not going to do the best they could.

*Amended after firms response* If you truly felt as you claim in your below response there would not be (no fee unless you win ) That should probably be read as (we will take your case only if it will get us oodles of money). Again I think the reason you rejected me was you didnt see enough of a monetary payout. I see all the claims that this firm cares about is clients, they did not care about me. They care about how much money they can earn off each client. Their decision are based soley on money, not upholding the law or righting any wrongs. I wonder why they pursued the law in the first place, it does not seem to enter into their decisions. I received this in an email from Feraci Lange, I quote " does not out weigh the substantial time and expense". Their desire to earn exorbitant amounts of money far "out weighed" any other fact presented. I do not recomend.

We employed the services of Faraci and Lange following a Christmas Eve encounter with a drunk driver which claimed the life of our 14 year old daughter. John and his associates were genuinely sympathetic to our tragic circumstance, as well as being professional, fair, and honest. We highly recommend them to you.

The level of extreme professionalism Brian had during my entire case was second to none. Everything was handled with utmost consideration and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully, no matter how unintelligent they may have been for someone not accustomed to legal practices. I would highly recommend this firm not only for their integrity but also because they truly fight for their clients best interest and continue to do so even when your case is long over. I recently was contacted by another plaintiff's investigator for my accident 3 years ago, and when I called the office to let them know I received the exact same level of professionalism and care as I would have if my case was ongoing. These people care about what they do and aren't out to make a quick buck off of you. Excellence all around.

Faraci Lange helped me out with a very small case, which some firms might have treated with less urgency and care. Approximately one year after a hip replacement, I started experiencing what felt like random pain in that leg. As the surgery itself had been a total success it was hard to figure it's cause. Shortly after this I was notified I had a recipient of the DePuy implant, now being recalled. At first low level and somewhat intermittent, it gradually began to seep into my day to day life and throughout the night. Anyone who has experienced on a pain on a chronic level, knows how humbling it can be. Any prior experience I'd had with lawyers were those benchmarks of life such as buying a home, writing a will...where it seemed I was paying someone to tell me where to sign..any other "experience" was from TV law shows or unfortunate commercials... In overwhelming majority, those I asked for "a name" cited Faraci Lang as "the best". From my very first interaction, I was treated with respect and compassion. I was lucky enough to have Hadley Matarazzo & Stephen Schwartz representing me. In what eventually became 2 additional surgeries / 2 dislocations, they kept me abreast of what progress made, and even more gratefully, quick to translate that so that I could actually understand it. I know that others had much more drawn out scenarios, much worse out comes. From the start I was impressed with their expertise and knowledge - however it was their genuine concern and support that helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my life...I eternally grateful to them on so many levels.

I had the misfortune of having the now recalled DePuy [J&J] hip replacement. A recall for my car's airbag I understand but a recall for my newly implanted and defective hip? After having the replacement replaced, I began to consider legal action. I spoke with a couple of different law firms and then discovered that one of Faraci Lange's attorney's was blogging about the issue. Finally, someone who was ahead of the curve! I contacted that attorney [Hadley Matarazzo] and I was and am extremely pleased at the service and result I received. Hadley was exceptionally thorough, stayed in constant contact with updates as to the progress of my lawsuit, and communicated clearly, concisely, and promptly. Although no one wants to need legal services, this firm is my top recommendation for anyone in need of their expertise.
