This is an unusual review, but in the spirit of giving credit where credit is due, I'll give both thumbs up to John Refermat. He gave attention to our case and was encouraging and patient. In the end we didn't need to retain his firm, the mere mention that we were planning to do so was enough to unclog bureaucratic paper jam and get our assessment corrected.

Not honest company.... I'm very disappointed they were not honest at all ....
