Make you feel very special

Jason Poselovich has been my attorney since 2003. He always returns my calls the same day. I really appreciate all the help I get from him and his assistant.

I hired Jason Poselovich to help with my worker’s compensation case, and he did NOT let me down. He is extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. He explained the whole process and made sure I understood everything. Jason was absolutely amazing and I 10/10 recommend using him as your attorney!

In February of 2018 I woke up in the ER with people cutting my clothes off...and so began a very long journey of recovery. Unfortunately, I will never be the same as I was before that day in February. Fortunately, I had Stephen Segar and all the folks at the firm of Segar and Sciortino to help navigate all the legal aspects of my recovery. Stephen and the entire firm clearly care about their client's recovery and well-being. Whenever I had a question about the case or an issue with an insurance company or provider, they were right there with advice and, when necessary, took the issue on themselves so I did not have to take my focus off my recovery. Stephen was always willing to take as much time as my wife and I needed to explain what was going on with the case and wanted first and foremost to ensure I had whatever resources were needed to maximize my recovery. When it became clear to all of us that my recovery had gone as far as it could, Stephen used that information to gain the best possible settlement for us. I have recommended Steve to several friends since my accident and since the settlement. I would not hesitate to recommend Segar and Sciortino to anyone who needs steady and strong hands to guide them through the legal process during what is often a difficult and confusing recovery process. It took several operations and several years of physical, mental, and vision therapy to get to where I am today. Stephen and his firm protected our legal interests the entire time and reached a just settlement for us when it became clear my recovery had reached its limit...no one can ask for better than that!

I called to find out information about a Disability denials and I gave the woman I spoke to on the phone my information, was told I would get a email with details or next step. It’s been almost 2 weeks?🤷‍♂️ No phone call or email? sooooo maybe you’ll have better luck? fingers crossed 🤞🏽Well I do have to say after my above comments the firm did call me and answered my questions and we’re very helpful tips. So we’re going to give them a A for effort! 👍

I talked to a gentleman by the name of Jason. He literally yelled at me during our Phone conversation. I was shocked, he said I cut him off while we were talking, I was just trying to ask a question.
