He was diligent and in my case was able to answer all of my legal questions about Marriage and Divorce, He took the time to explain what my options were and when I decided a course of action He executed them in a timely manor ..Well worth the time and money ….

Finding and hiring a lawyer on line can be difficult.. and finding one in a city that you don't live in is even more challenging. How do you know if he/she is any good ? Will he/she be expensive ? Will he/she work in the best interest for YOU? Well, these were the kinds of questions I was struggling with while I was sorting through all the ads and web sites on line... until I found Mark. After the very first phone call I just felt that he was the right one. He seemed smart, caring and made me feel comfortable that he understood the divorce process well and would work hard for me.... so I hired him sight unseen! To this day I have never met him in person but feel like I gained a friend along the way. My divorce was finalized nearly 3 years ago and looking back I owe Mark a debt of gratitude! He helped me through one of the most difficult periods in my life and today I am in a new chapter and I couldn't be happier. I never thought I would feel that way but it is true! Mark - Thank you for all you did, your guidance through the divorce process... and for making sure my interests were properly addressed.

Mark has been a great help in this difficult event in my life. He is of course very knowledgeable in this process, and addresses concerns and questions with professionalism but he is also direct which I really appreciated (a lawyer's time is not cheap). There is a lot that needs to be handled during the divorce. He made the steps and processes very clear and easy to understand. I feel very fortunate to have been able to have secured Mark as my attorney. I hope never to have a friend in need of his services but I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I had been fighting with my ex for far too long trying to get a divorce. No matter who I talked to, everyone was certain that this divorce was going to be a long, drawn out process because he was not co-operating with me. My mother (who has also retained Mark's services) referred me to Mark, and not only was he able to free me from a 6 year separation, but he did so without an exorbitant price tag included. He was very compassionate, understanding how upset I was with the situation, and always kept me well informed of what was going on when, where we were with the situation, what he was going to do and how we were going to go about things. So I was never in the dark about what was happening with my case. Mark was a total Godsend to helping to move my life forward!

Mark helped me with a complex family court case which eventually was taken to Supreme court as a divorce proceeding . My case was complicated because of multicultural, religious and extended family dynamics but Mark had open mind and he listened, researched and tried to incorporate and attend to the values that were important to me in legal proceedings . I appreciate his professionalism and maintaining a respectful yet firm standing throughout the case . He clearly knew to pick the right battles despite provocative communications from opposite council and did not waste time and effort in unnecessary communication. Divorce is a very overwhelming and confusing time. I will say that from the very first meeting, I felt 100% confident that I made the right decision in retaining Mark as my attorney. I am very detail oriented and I came with a multitude of questions and scenarios and Mark patiently answered them all. I felt like I could get as much clarification as I needed and never felt like I was being a bother. That was extremely important to me. During the process I felt that my divorce was in the best of hands and he kept me notified every step of the way. I do not wish divorce on anyone, but if you are faced with it I highly recommend Mark Chauvin Bezinque. He helped me through this difficult time in my life and at all times kept my best interest in mind. Every time I cried he had a tissue for me. Every time I wanted to scream he calmed me down and explained the next steps. Although no one truly wins in this situation I feel mark was a gladiator and I feel that I actually won this case (thanks to Mark). I don't have a husband anymore, but Mark made sure I walked away as whole as one person can in this situation. If the point system is on a scale of 1-10 I rate Mark a 10 plus

I called Mark concerning a possible incorrect calculation by the NYS retirement system related to a domestic relations order...in short they were paying my ex-wife too much, Mark sent a letter to the system and after a recalculation I am now getting the correct amount. What I respected so highly about Mark is that he answers his own phone and replies to emails himself versus everything going through a receptionist. If you do leave a message be ready for a call back very quickly. Mark cares deeply for his clients and it shows. Hire Mark and get things done right the first time around!!
