Typical lawyer.... you don't have his fee or can't afford an exorbitant payment plan you don't get representation.

I came to Nick after trying to make a go of it myself. My case included several different issues as we went along. Nick stuck with me and over great guidance when things got tough. He and his paralegal we always readily available and very friendly. When I made a decision Nick respected my input and my decision. I could also bounce ideals off of him as well. He never forgot any paperwork, hearing dates and always had a back up plan. I recommend him to anyone I know that is in need of assistance navigating the NYS Workehe Compensation board .

Unfortunately I have to give them a bad rating and probably the worst one of all of my ratings. I have an assigned paralegal with them who I call 1-2x a week and leave vm to call me back in regards to my current case. They never are available to answer my call or call me back. It's starting to become beyond unprofessional and a disgrace that a company/firm would do that to another human being.
