I would highly recommend Ken for any bankruptcy proceedings. Let's be honest, bankruptcy is not fun and it is not a procedure you want to be involved in. But if after your free consultation with Ken, he feels it is your best solution, you can't find a better lawyer to handle the case for you. He treated me with respect; he laid out exactly what was required from me; he maintained constant communication with me; and his experience of being a Trustee ensured that my I was completely prepared for our meeting with the appointed Trustee. I never felt like he just rubber stamped my case - in fact he made several significant recommendations and changes to my case as the formal information gathering process progressed which resulted in significant savings for me. He never stopped working towards my best interests - you can't ask for anything more!

I could not have asked for a better bankruptcy lawyer than Mr. Gordon. He guided me every step of the way and made me feel comfortable even when anxiety struck. The only thing I would have wished for was a little more in the update of the process as we went along, as reflected by the "good" rating in the Kept me informed area. That being said, every time I emailed him, he responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly, so that could have just been my nervousness in the process. All in all, not that I would ever want to file bankruptcy again, but if I did, I would choose Mr. Gordon without a second thought.
