My wife (from China) and I used Anthony three years ago on the recommendation of another attorney from Rochester. We were seeking a "green card" for my wife. We retained Anthony with the fee he requested, and from that moment onward the experience throughout was as professional as I've encountered, and by far the best experience I've had with any attorney in my 69 years. In the first place Anthony suggested a different course of action for my wife and me that enabled us to be united in the U.S. six months to a year sooner than we might otherwise have been united. The application for a "green card" went without a hitch. In the second place, I've never seen anyone respond to emails and phone calls as quickly as Anthony. On average, his email responses, even on weekends, were usually within ten to fifteen minutes, often within three to five minutes. If he couldn't respond in full at the moment, there was always an acknowledgement and an apology. When we encountered a problem at a doctor's office, needing some information, we called him on the phone, a call he did not expect, and we were provided with what we needed on the spot. We are using him again now to help us obtain for my wife a permanent "green card" in place of the initial "conditional green card." Why? Because it puts our minds at ease. His service is as impeccable now as it was two and three years ago. His explanations are detailed and precise and timely, his manner courteous and friendly. We've recommended him to several friends over the past few years without hesitation.

If you are looking to ruining your day and talk to an unprofessional PERSON!!! PLEASE CALL this one. He doesn't know anything but to insult other natinalities. I am wondering why he became an immigration lawyer when he hates others this MUCH.

Very RUDE and INSULTING!!! Anthony will shame you for which country you come from. I called in to get some advice on my immigration situation and not knowing where to start I began explaining my situation. Anthony listened to me patiently and since he was listening I kept on elaborating on my situation (Maybe this made him believe that I was soliciting free advice). He asked me where I am from and I told him that I am from India. At this point he was sounding offended. He told me that he had received a similar call in the past hour from another Indian guy. Then he asked me if I was soliciting free advice to which I answered no. I had been just trying to explain my situation that's all and in no way expected a professional to advise me for free. He could have politely asked me to make an appointment and mentioned his fee for his services, instead he went on to shaming people from India. His exact words were, I quote, "If you people had an option of crucifying yourself and paying someone for their services, you guys would chose crucifixion". This remark was totally unnecessary and blatantly rude, especially coming from a person who works with international people on a regular basis. He even made a sarcastic remark about me being so late in seeking advice for my immigration situation without having any idea about what I had already done and been through. He could have politely said that he wasn't interested in my case or just told me that with such short time frame he won't be able to help me. After the intensity of his words, I impulsively started explaining him that he was thinking it all wrong (I was just trying to clear the misunderstanding) and after hearing two words from me he said he didn't want to argue and hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place. Very RUDE and INSULTING, wouldn't ever recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I used Anthony's services when we moved back to the US from Malaysia and my husband applied for a spousal Green Card. Anthony was very supportive and professional throughout the entire process. Needless to say we were both quite nervous, but Anthony's knowledge and encouragement put us at ease. We are now filling out the forms for my husband's permanent Green Card and as usual Anthony was there to offer support and encouragement. I would strongly recommend Anthony Giudice to anyone needing assistance with immigration matters. My husband is now applying for his US Citizenship, after receiving his permanent green card. None of this would have been possible without the expert and caring help of Anthony Giudice. All throughout this entire process my husband and I felt that we were not just numbers, but a couple, because of the attention and support provided by Anthony. I have talked to other people who have been in our situation and have been amazed as to how ignorant and uniformed they have been regarding the immigration process. Some of these people are actually US citizens who were born here! It surprises me to see the negative reviews that some people write, obviously because they were either grossly ineligible for a visa or who expected someone to everything for them for free. If a US visa if important enough for you, then you have take the responsibility to do what is required in the application. That includes gathering the necessary information, working with your attorney and actually paying for the services. I again would highly recommend Anthony Giudice, if you really want to obtain a visa or US citizenship.

Honest and Fair. You pay for what you get. He gets the job done as fast as possible and actually talks to his clients. 5 Stars all the way.
