I closed on our second house with Marchioni and Associates. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. When I had questions, I received immediate responses.
I refer them to all my real estate clients. I am extremely happy with the service the firms provide them.

Refinance on our mortgage with them, not super smooth. Nice employee's but just poor communication. A few surprises and things not communicated to us prior to coming in. We included another loan in our refinance, and instead of taking care of it directly or electronically, they mailed us a payoff check for us to mail in to the other company for the pay off. Pretty poor service in my opinion.

I have used this firm twice now for real estate purchase and sale and can say that both times their communication has been nonexistent. I have had to follow up dozens of times for updates or information, they are extremely slow in their document preparation and scheduling closings is extremely inefficient. Customer service is poor and they are likely overbooked and unable to keep up. Don't recommend.

We bought a house and used this firm. This was our experience: We never received our final closing information/costs so that we could prepare for our close, despite asking for it multiple times. They lost my proof of homeowners insurance - and told me 2 hours before it was due. The day after closing, while I was working. Then they failed to notarize our property boundary agreement. I got a call from the title company the following day concerning that. Home purchases are stressful enough without having to babysit the lawyers. Bummer.
