When I has to locate a third attorney to deal with my divorce, I did my homework. The others were recommended by friends. We had an initial conversation and her professionalism and detail path forward matched with what I needed. Ms. Fazio knew how important up to date communication was to me and that I wanted this matter settled quickly with "no blood anywhere", She did it. I am so grateful that she was able to bring this matter to closure even though I did give up more than I had planned but with Ms. Fazio's guidance realized some compromise was required. THANK YOU seems not enough for the peace of mind and clear path forward she gave me.

Jennifer handled a matter of vacating a QDRO. She and her paralegal, Ann, were easy to talk with, responsive, encouraging that the matter would be settled, and it was. They were knowledgeable, polite and kind. The fee was reasonable and the time frame was not too long for it all to be completed. If I needed assist in a similar matter, I would contact her again.

I was searching for a strong assertive attorney to pick up the pieces where my previous attorney firm (E&F) hadn’t done what they said or stated that they were going to do when I first obtained them. Jennifer was recommended to me by a friend that had used her for his divorce and had great outcome. On our first meeting Jennifer spelled out a clear plan to protect my IRA’s from my ex that my previous attorney wanted to give her half of. Jennifer did an exceptional job showing my ex’s attorney that my IRA’s were all premarital monies and she wasn’t entitled to any of it. Jennifer is straight forward, communicates excellent and does what she said she’s going to do. My only regret is that I did not know about her (JENNIFER) when I went through my divorce at the beginning. I would highly recommend her….. I give her a 10 out of a 10…..
