His secretary was condescending and rude to
me on the phone. When I complained, he dismissed me as a client. Not trauma sensitive. Poor office communication. One time I came for an appointment during my lunch hour and the office was completely gutted and abandoned. They had failed to tell me they had moved to another location. Not up front about costs. The only thing he did for me was send a time sensitive letter on my behalf.... but it had the wrong address on it and had to be redone, pushing everything back another week. Almost $1000 later, I'm glad he "fired" me.

Very disappointing service received from Mr. Kelly/his team for the handling of my father's estate. He/his paralegal have not communicated appropriately and have left the family hanging with one excuse after the other for the past 3 months. There is no problem with the estate closing but rather with the staff working on it.
