It was around mid-September 2017 when I walked into the Chianese and Reilly Law office. Previously, no other law firm would speak to me about my dental situation. This was my last hope. I handed my folder to Mr. Chianese, The next day I was informed that he and Mr. Reilly were taking my case. After 4 1/2 years (interrupted by a pandemic) my case was settled. I never thought that, while riding my bike, someone would drive into me, causing me to fall and resulting in a host of issues. Until that point in my life, I never had need for legal counsel...oh, I had some speeding tickets, but to be honest....I really was speeding, thus no need for legal intervention. I was guided to Tom Reilly ( of Chianese and Reilly) by a friend, and the experience was a very positive one. His office was diligent about retrieving my medical data, organizing all tangent material involved in this case. My responsibility was to follow Mr. Reilly's instructions as the case unfolded. Having never been to a disposition, he patiently guided me through the process. There was a final arbitration, which Mr. Reilly was again patient responding to my questions and relieving my anxieties. In the end, my award was respectable and consistent with the event and consequences of the driver's behaviors. As the saying goes "Hopefully, I will not need their services again", but should I, friends or family need legal counsel, I will not hesitate to refer them to Chianese and Reilly.
