Mr. Goldberg is a lawyer who is available 24 hours and he said the truth about his firm having an A+ in Better Business Bureau. I am a new client and many attorneys want my case but I chose him. He always willing to help me and always answers my calls with respect. When I called the office, the customer service is excellent and Mayra is an excellent and good worker. Mr. Goldberg and all the employees are excellent. Mr. Goldberg and staffs deserve no 5 stars but Billions of Stars.

I took me two years to be able to review Mr. Goldberg and his partner David Waterbury. Mr. Goldberg handled my car accident case. Mr. Goldberg denied to fight my case in court becase I was a hispanic woman with an accent. He personally told me that the court was prejudice to minorities. He has a nice personality but he doesn't know his job and he really don't care to fight for his clients. He just want to get paid. That's all he care for. There are plenty of others lawyers in NY. Good lawyers. I wouldn't never recommend Michael Goldberg and David Waterbury. Michael Goldberg worse lawyer in NY.

The review by Gerald Hodges is false. He was never a client of mine. I do not do billing for doctors. I do not use surrogates. I am always available for clients. This was posted by a disgruntled employee I am attempting to have the review taken down by Google. It is obviously not me. The photo posted is also not mine. My profile is on Avvo where i have a perfect 10 rating. The review by Get Money is fake. I have never done criminal law work and my wife is a stay at home mother.

Michael was professional and kind, and took my time-sensitive concerns seriously. I'm grateful for his help and expertise!

If you want an attorney who Cares about his clients and gives you his personal cell number this is the one for you. He specializes in accidents and knows the business inside and out and his advice was invaluable. He fights to get you what you deserve.

I dealt mainly with Michael's staff and everything was ok, nothing special. What made me write this review is the fact that Michael took the time out of his day to call me over a small amount of money that was in dispute. In fact he ended up splitting the cost of expenses with me, which he didn't have to do. It looks like Michael does care about his reputation even with his smaller clients. Thank you.

This lawyer is completely untrustworthy and does nothing but create billing for doctors receiving kick backs. He is unresponsive and has a very rude staff. The more you ask questions, the worst it becomes. You never see him, nor will you ever met him. He handles everything through surrogates and so requesting a meeting for updates is impossible. I had to get another lawyer to replace him who was able to deal with my case responsibly and quickly.
