Timothy did an excellent job for my family defending a wrongful termination lawsuit. Tim dedicated a significant amount of time researching the New York State laws as well as navigating an area of the law that is not easily understood and ambiguous. I had a situation with someone falsely claiming I was involved in an auto accident and responsible for their using my health insurance card. In actuality the insurance information was stolen.
